1. What types of dog treats will I receive with my membership?
We feature only all natural dog treats with NO preservatives, NO fillers, NO sodium, NO wheat and NO artificial colors. 

2. How much do you send with each shipment?
While the quantity can vary due to different shapes and sizes, each monthly shipment will generally be two standard sized packages and one sample sized package.

3. Can I choose the dog treats that I'll receive?
Part of the fun of each monthly delivery is the excitement of experiencing our latest selections for the first time.  However, if your dog has certain health issues or you prefer specific treats. please tell us and we will ship the requested treats.
Rest assured that each monthly delivery is sent to you only after having passed the highest standards of our canine taste professionals.

4. Is refrigeration necessary for Grrr8 Dog Treats? 
Grrr8 Dog Treats can be stored on your shelf (cool, dry area).  Because the treats contain NO preservatives, shelf life is limited.  Refrigeration extends the treat's shelf life almost indefinitely.  

4. Do you offer a guarantee?
Your satisfaction is our business. If you're ever unhappy with our service, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise. No questions asked and no additional costs!

5. If I send a gift membership, do you include a message?
Of course. When placing your order you'll have the option of sending a gift announcement by U.S. mail or email.

6. Can you ship to PO boxes?
No, we can only ship to residential and business address.

7. Can you ship outside the United States?
We apologize but due to the perishable nature of some of our items, we can only ship within the continental 48 United States.

8. Do you offer corporate quantity discounts?
